Accept that your employees are the lifeblood of your business is only the first step. The next thing is to surround yourself with people who identify with the company philosophy, adopting the spirit of collaboration and sharing your goals.
Become the leader your company needs to meet its objectives and to develop long-range strategies. As a leader, your job is to convey the vision of the company, promote communication and to give them confidence in their concerns, in addition to setting the rules within the team and defining the objectives for each project.
Once their talents identified, courses or workshops train them according to their work areas, drawn up growth plans and plaintiffs face them and complex situations, whether in high-level committees or specific projects. And do not forget to recognize their achievements and give them the credit of the same.

Cultivate a healthy relationship with employees to encourage a strong teamwork. That means team members must be able to have a good communication among them with a proper decorum and an open mind. When the relationship between the team members is open and healthy, members are much more comfortable with each other and more willing to offer ideas and take risks.
